Seems that you don't get reputation points for killing RB/Bosses atm (at least it isn't on NA Patch notes, neither in the Clan NPC).

The reputation score increases in the following cases:
- An academy member completes a 2nd class transfer. Up to +400 points.
- Your clan takes over a castle in a siege. +1000 points.
- Your clan successfully defends a held castle. +500 points.
- Your clan acquires a siege-enabled clan hall. +300 points.
- Your clan successfully defends a held siege-enabled clan hall. +150 points.
- A clan member takes first place in the Festival of Darkness. +100 points.
- A clan member becomes a Hero. +1000 points per Hero.
- A clan quest is completed. (Unknown)
- By killing an enemy in a clan war (under the condition of mutual war declaration) or siege; however, when the other side’s reputation score is 0 or below, your clan cannot acquire any reputation points from them. +1 point.
The reputation score decreases in the following cases:
- A clan-owned castle is taken over. -2000 points.
- A clan-owned combat-type Clan Hall is taken over. -600 points.
- A clan member is killed by an enemy in a clan war (under the condition of mutual war declaration) or siege; however, when the opposing side’s reputation score is 0 or below, your clan’s reputation score does not decrease. -1 point.
- The score also is decreased when the Clan raises level, learns Clan Skills, or purchases items that require the consumption of reputation points.
